The Vegas Seven is a local Las Vegas publication that covers local and national news from a Las Vegas perspective. I was responsible for designing the logo/masthead as well as all of the sample pages posted. The final product is less of a magazine look that I designed and leans more towards the newspaper side but many of the layouts stay true to this original mock-up.On the logo I was very pleased with the final version especially since I was able to take a classic font like Baskerville and give it a modern twist with the ligature, the modified "v" and by butting the "s" and the "e" up against each other.
